Thank you for submitting your report and request for assistance, the association of certified psychics will on your behalf do what-ever possible to assist you in this matter. It is important to note that the association requires in order to be able to help you in this matter that you do supply as much information as possible regarding the incident or incidents in question. Information such as the date and time the incident occurred, the name of the person or persons you spoke to, the amount of the payment or payments, method of payment or payments, any phone numbers and or addresses e-mail addresses web pages you have for the individual and very important there method they used to get your money, for example did they tell you that they needed the money to purchase special candles or for doing special rituals or for removing curses. In fact any information that you can supply us with no matter how trivial you may think it to be can sometimes make the difference between us being able to assist you or not. Other helpful information is where did you find this individual, for instance if you found them through a web search, which search engine did you find them, this will assist us when we contact the internet company who are allowing them to post there services on there search engine and in trying to get them to ban them, if you got then through media advertising we can then contact the paper or magazine and get them removed from the publication, in many cases the paper or magazine will actually write an article exposing them. 
At the bottom of this page you will find a link to the form we have prepared for you to submit your complaint, please fill in all the information as fully as possible and also give us as full as possible report as to what happened and how much is involved. As we said before the more detailed information you give us the better we will be able to help you. Once you have filled out the form and given as full as possible account of what occurred; you need to either print the form our sign it and snail mail it to us, or you may digitally sign it and sent to us via e-mail.
